They took $4845 from me 8 months ago and I have no modification, and no refund. It took them 80 days after all contracts were signed and documentation sent to even initialize contact with my bank. Yet they lied to me the whole time saying they were talking to my bank. I even spoke to Randy before I new what was going on. He said he would look at my file and call me back. Surprise, surprise he never did. I called my bank and found out about all the lies. It just makes me sick. Watch yourselves carefully.
