Trovillion, Inveiss & Demakis Announces New Partners

SAN DIEGO, June 8 /PRNewswire/ — Trovillion, Inveiss & Demakis (TID), one of Southern California‘s premier workers’ compensation defense law firms, has announced the addition of Eldon Floyd and Kristine Aaron-Jacobi as partners to the firm.  

In 1993, Kristine Aaron-Jacobi graduated from the Thomas Jefferson School of Law after receiving her Juris Doctorate. Aaron-Jacobi was admitted to practice before the State Bar of California the same year and was admitted to the U.S. Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and the District Court, Southern District of California. She has extensive experience defending workers’ compensation claims and handling Labor Code section 132a and Serious and Willful Misconduct issues. She is a Certified Legal Specialist in the field of workers’ compensation with more than fourteen years of experience in the field.  

Aaron-Jacobi, who resides in La Mesa, is an avid sports fan and a season ticket holder for both the Padres and Chargers. She enjoys returning to Michigan every year for an MSU football game and travels every year for a Chargers’ road game.

Eldon Floyd received his Bachelor of Science in Law and a Juris Doctorate from the Thomas Jefferson School of Law in 1993. Floyd specializes in workers’ compensation, handling all aspects of Workers’ Compensation Law, including the defense of Serious and Willful Misconduct, 132a claims, subrogation, arbitration, discovery and trial. Floyd is also a Certified Specialist in Workers’ Compensation Law.

Floyd and his wife Kim, who reside in the Crest area of San Diego, enjoy concerts and traveling, having made three trips to Europe. They are the proud parents of twin infant boys, Charles and Logan.
